How fresh is the coffee I receive?
Every batch is roasted on Tuesday and shipped within 48 hours, so your bag is never more than a few days off the roaster.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 48 hours of roasting, Australia-wide. Delivery time from there depends on your postcode and your courier's network.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on any order over $60. Smaller orders carry a standard shipping charge at checkout.
Where does the green coffee come from?
We buy direct trade, working straight with growers rather than through brokers, so more of what you pay reaches the farm.
Can I change my subscription?
Yes. Choose your beans, your grind and how often bags arrive, and adjust any of it whenever you like.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes, from our roastery café on Smith Street, Collingwood. We're open Monday to Friday 7am–3pm and Saturday 8am–2pm.
What grind should I choose?
Tell us your brew method at checkout — plunger, filter, espresso or whole bean — and we grind to suit it on the day we pack your order.
