About this product

From the Rojas family's farm high above the Magdalena river in Huila. The cherries are honey processed, so some of the fruit's sweetness stays with the bean: red apple up front, panela sugar through the body and a clean cacao finish.

A crowd-pleaser that works every way you brew it, from plunger to flat white.
