About this product

Grown at 2,100 metres on the Hambela estate in Guji, washed and dried slowly on raised beds. In the cup it is all florals and stone fruit: jasmine on the nose, bergamot through the middle and a long peach finish.

We roast it light to keep that clarity. It shines as a pour-over or batch brew and makes a bright, juicy short black for those who like their espresso adventurous.
